We currently offer 3 CORE technical fabrics and 4 additional special feature TEAM technical fabrics.

Hyperdri Generation II is our top of the line technical fabric. It features exceptional wicking moisture transfer and at the same time it is extremely soft and lightweight. The air pockets between fibers increase in volume as you move from the fabric’s inner surface to its outer surface. The smooth surface near the skin quickly absorbs moisture and transports it to the outer surface, where it disperses the moisture for quick evaporation giving the wearer cool and dry comfort. Hyperdri is 100% micro polyester, technically engineered for wicking moisture transfer and breath ability. Hyperdri Generation II is our most popular fabric with far more mechanical stretch than our other fabrics. Versatile for any style of jersey, from running singlet to pro style jerseys! MicroFlex is our premium technical fabric, which has both excellent moisture transfer and breath ability. Additionally MicroFlex has a special knit which allows a light 4-way stretch. This fabric is perfect for long sleeve jerseys.

Winter Jersey is exceptional for moisture transfer. It is over twice as thick as Hyperdri for added warmth. The lightly brushed back for comfort helps with warmth. Winter Jersey is 100% polyester technically engineered for warmth while still being breathable.

Hyperdri Glisse has the same excellent wicking capabilities as Hyperdri Gen II, with a special high sheen/glossy finish. This fabric is perfect for BMX or Downhill jerseys, or those looking for a high sheen finish road jersey with minimal stretch.

Technomax is ultimately constructed for improved air circulation. The advanced knit not only doubles the size of the micro channels but it also boosts air circulation. Combined with an open channel waffle construction to create an accelerated moisture transfer system, Technomax is the ultimate fabric for hot and humid climates. Technomax is 70% polyester micro-fiber and 30% shiny polyester micro-fiber which gives it a glossy look, with minimal stretch.
